Ingredients

  • 2 lb Beef Pot Roast, raw
  • 6 med Potato
  • 3 med Onions
  • 4 med Carrots
  • 1 pinch Table Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions

  1. Put the veggies on the bottom and the meat on top. Season meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour water overall. Simmer all of the above for at least 2 hours or more. Serve immediately.
