Pot Roast with Onions, Carrots & Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef Pot Roast, raw
- 6 med Potato
- 3 med Onions
- 4 med Carrots
- 1 pinch Table Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Water
Directions
- Put the veggies on the bottom and the meat on top. Season meat with salt and pepper.
- Pour water overall. Simmer all of the above for at least 2 hours or more. Serve immediately.
