- 2 tsp Cocoa, dry powder
- 3/4 cup Whole Milk
Directions
- Combine sugar and cocoa in small saucepan.
- Gradually stir in 1/4 cup milk to form a paste.
- Cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened, 5 minutes.
- Whisk in remaining 1/2 cup milk and heat through. Serve.
